The admission forms must be submitted with the following:
- Original birth certificate
- Caste certificate (if backward class) and attested photocopy (xerox)
- Two passport size photo-graphs of the student
- Address Proof photocopy (xerox)
- School leaving certificate, Cumulative record book and annual Report card from a recognized school is essential for a child to be admitted to Classes 2,3 and 4.
- If the pupil comes from outside the state, the leaving certificate must be countersigned by the Education officer of the State from which he/ she comes
- Caste certificate in duplicate from the Tehsildar, if the students belong to other backward class category.
- If the pupil comes for admission according to age it will be necessary to submit a self-declaration form of our school, this admission will be considered through RTE 2010.
